Our Optometrists will test your eyes using advanced computerised technology, bio-microscopes and specialised lenses to make sure that you are seeing to your best potential. It is possible, as a result of a routine eye examination, to detect signs of eye or health changes. Both optometrists have worked in hospital eye clinics, including Moorfields Eye Hospital, Ipswich Hospital and Welwyn Garden City Hospital.

We will find the lens that is best for your visual and lifestyle requirements. Ask us about our monthly direct debit package for contact lenses and aftercare relating to the following:

Quality Sunglass Retailers

Our sunglasses all offer 100% UV absorption through the lenses. All our stock has been specially chosen but if you do not see a product that you are looking for in our premises then please let us know the name and model number, as we can often order items specifically for you from our wide range of suppliers which includes Oakley, Chanel, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Cebe, Diesel & YvesSaintLaurent.

Optical Assistants

We are lucky to have the reception support of Mrs Marianna Soteri, Kristina Ptochantonis, Puja Karia and Serhan Erdil. They have had specialist training, learning via formal courses and here at the practice. Kristina is also undertaking a full time degree in Optometry and will therefore ultimately qualify as an Optometrist.

OPTIKAL Opening Hours

We are open from 9.30am every day and usually close at 6pm. Please enquire about late closing when you phone us, as the specific days of the week may vary throughout the year. We are open on Saturdays from 9.30am to 4.30pm.

Parking Availability

With the recent changes in parking availability, it should now be very easy to park nearby. You have the option of ‘pay and display’ on Regents Park Road, Dollis Park or Station Road. Alternatively if you go a little further down/ up Station Road, Lichfield Grove or Dollis Park, look at the signs for residents’ boxes as the restrictions are only between 2 and 3 pm, Monday to Friday.
